- Visa request:
We do not condone or organise hotel bookings for people simply requiring an illegal solution to enter the UK. We reserve the right to request full payment in advance where we suspect this may be the case. Where a credit card is not in the persons name / country and is reported stolen or false, we will automatically report the issue to British Immigration or in the case of Nigeria, directly to the British Commission in Lagos.
- Confirmations:
All bookings are confirmed to you by email to the address that you provide.
- Same day bookings:
We strongly recommend making bookings for same day arrival by telephone or chat to avoid unforseen problems.
- Email Address:
We promise not to sell, rent, or give away your e-mail address or personal information.
- Information:
We do not divulge information regarding your hotel booking to anyone unless they are able to quote the booking number and email address.
- Cancellations & Amendments:
