The Metropole hotel London is located in the northern central area next to the A40 / M40 arterial road from the M25. This area is called Edgware and is just one mile from the Oxford Street / Mayfair area. Immediately across from the Metropole is the Edgware Road tube station with the Bakerloo Line. Paddington Station is only a 5 minute walk and this is also the Heathrow Exress Terminal which provides an ultra fast transit service from all Heathrow Terminals. Marylebone Station is a 10 minute walka way. There is also on site car parking.The Metropole is a good 4 star hotel and is one of the largest in London having more than 1000 bedrooms. The immediate area holds very little in the way of good restaurants or even attractions, however a 15 minute walk brings you to Oxford Street and Regents Street with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has all the amenities on offer from a 4 star including vast public areas, a restaurant, thai cuisine, coffee bar and a bar. There is a health club complete with a small pool.
