The seven-floored Citadines Barbican's 129 studios and apartments all feature en suite bathrooms (with hairdryers); fully equipped kitchens with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators electric kettles, coffeemakers, toasters and dishwashers; and living areas with satellite televisions, direct line phones and hi-fi stereo systems. WiFi and high speed ADSL internet access, air conditioning and in-room safes are also available as are a steam iron and ironing board. Seven of the apartments are accessible and equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Once a week, rooms are cleaned and linens and towels are changed free of charge. Additional on demand housecleaning services are available and subject to charge depending upon the request. Amenities for babies are provided and pets are allowed at Citadines Barbican. Other services include breakfast, babysitting, shoe polishing, dry-cleaning and wake-up calls. A private car park, laundrette and a business centre are all located on site.
