London City covers an area of just over one square mile so travel is easy within the Financial centre. The area hosts many hotels mainly superior to deluxe categories in order to accommodate city workers. The advantage to the tourist is hotel prices at the weekends are lowered to allow for the quiet nights.

The City of London is not as far as you may think from the more accepted areas of the West End, Theatreland and Covent Garden all of which are easily accessible within a few minutes by underground. Tower Hill to Covent Garden is only 2 Kilometers on foot or a 10 minute taxi ride. Oxford Circus can be accessed in only 5 stops on the underground from Bank. Kensington Museums and Harrods can be accessed directly in 20 minutes from Tower Hill station.
