The London Guards hotel is located on Lancaster Gate, only a few minutes walk from the tube station of the same name in London's W2 district north of Hyde Park. The area is quite convenient for exploring London, as it enjoys excellent transport links via the London Underground as well as a few local inspiring attractions, including the majestic and picturesque Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate was named after the entrance into Hyde Park, and The London Guards hotel is literally opposite it, just on the other side of the Bayswater Road, which itself leads to Marble Arch (also one tube stop away), Park Lane and Oxford Street, only a 15-20 minute walk away. The splendour of Kensington Gardens may be enjoyed by all of Hyde Park's visitors, and many scenic walks await you.
Paddington Station is only a 10 minute walk away, giving you access to the majority of zone 1 Central London via 4 tube lines (Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines) as well as The Heathrow Express to the terminals at Heathrow Airport. The Bakerloo from Paddington station goes straight to Piccadilly Circus in the heart of London's West End and home of theatreland's West end shows and venues.
The London Guards Hotel offers guest rooms from single rooms to family rooms. All rooms feature private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, hair dryer, mini safe, refrigerator and direct telephones. Ironing facilities are available from the London Guards Reception. Guest Rooms are complete with period features, in keeping with the age of the Townhouse, that the hotel is within. Rooms are well maintained and decorated to a high standard.
Rooms are serviced daily, and come complete with towels and basic toiletries. Baby cots are available on request.
Erebuni Restaurant
The London Guards hotel features its own restaurant, the Erebuni Restaurant, locally well known in the area for its exquisite delicacies. Winning high accolade from Time Out magazine offers a range of Russian, Georgian and Armenian based speciality cuisine. Located in the hotel's basement floor, the classic Victorian decor is juxtaposed by the traditional eastern european ambience. A varied and original menu with traditional Russian influences inspire the recipes. With an a la carte menu serving a multitude of main courses from exciting seafood dishes to traditional poultry or beef, the Erebuni restaurant also has a tasty range of delicious deserts to tempt any pallet. For those wanting a more traditional english fare, a traditional fish and chip supper is also on the menu.

Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are available in the restaurant bar including lagers, spirits, wines and champagnes. Alternatively, there is a bar and lounge located opposite the hotel's main reception, giving you the opportunity to relax with friends in a peaceful ambience.
