10 nights+:
Any booking of 10 nights or more will be subject to a deposit equal to one night in advance. This is unfortunately necessary due to persons making bookings in UK hotels in order to obtain visas and then not arriving at the hotel.

2 years and over - full rate
Payment:
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment is made directly to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 2 day(s) before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (GMT / BST) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 2 day(s) before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings and bookings in excess of 10 nights. A administration charge of 25 GBP will apply to all cancellations. The credit card must be in the name of one of the persons staying at the hotel unless otherwise agreed.
