The striking Moorhouse office complex is located at 120 London Wall EC2, provides 305,000 square feet of office space in the heart of the City of London. This new addition to the financial district of the City of London provides state of the art office facilities and shops at ground level, which have been designed to blend in with the surrounding buildings in Moorgate EC2.

Designed by Fosters and Partners and fully completed in November 2004, the Moorhouse development consists of a retail centre and 16 floors of quality air conditioned office space, which offers amazing views of London landmarks such as St. Paul's Cathedral, Swiss Re Tower and the Lloyd's of London building. The foundations of the curved Moorhouse complex, which are 57m deep, are the deepest of any building in London. Moorhouse has been designed to house an underground ticket office for the forthcoming Crossrail line 1, which will provide rail services to destinations across the City. The Moorhouse complex houses staff from a number of major companies including, A G Zurich, the Association of British Insurers and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Places of interest close to the Moorhouse complex include the Museum of London, 400m east along London Wall and the Barbican Arts Centre, which has a cinema, theatre and restaurants (250m north-west). Moorgate EC2, which leads into Finsbury Pavement EC2, is home to a number of high street stores such as Gap, located at 74-76 Finsbury Pavement EC2. London's famous Guildhall, the impressive stone structure that is home to the Corporation of London, is located 200m south-west of Moorhouse. The Guildhall houses the Clock Museum and the Guildhall Art Gallery, which opened in 1999 and displays over 250 piece from the Corporation of London's extensive collection at any one time.

Moorhouse stands in an excellent central location, with superb bus, rail and tube services in close proximity. Moorgate Underground Station, which provides Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Northern line services to destinations including Bank and Tower Hill, is located 75m north of the Moorhouse complex. Liverpool Street Station, which provides National Rail and London Underground services, can be found 400m east of Moorhouse. Liverpool Street Station, which is the location of the Stansted Express rail shuttle service, houses a number of retail outlets such as Boots, Marks & Spencer and W H Smith, as well as a variety of bars and fast food outlets.
