Sun Street EC2 is located between Finsbury Street EC2 at its western point and Appold Street EC2 at its eastern end, within the financial district of the City of London. Sun Street EC2, which is situated close to Moorgate EC2 and Liverpool Street Station, has junctions with Wilson Street EC2 and Finsbury Square EC2, a green square which leads into City Road EC1.
Sun Street EC2 is close to a number of famous streets and buildings of historical and architectural interest, such as Finsbury Pavement EC2, once a stylish promenade. Sun Street EC2 is home to a number of financial and insurances companies. Worship Street, named after the merchant tailor John Worshop, is located 200m north of Sun Street EC2, while Finsbury Market EC2 is situated between Appold Street and Sun Street. Sun Street EC2 is close to a number of historical landmarks including the famous St. Paul’s Cathedral located at St. Paul’s Churchyard EC4.
