The former headquarters of the Port of London Authority were built in Trinity Square, between 1912-22, to Edwardian designs by Sir Edwin Cooper. Trinity Square is also home to the peaceful Trinity Square Gardens and the stunning Trinity House building.

Trinity House, located at Tower Hill EC3, was built in 1796 and is the headquarters of the Lighthouse Service of England and Wales. Designed by Samuel Wyatt, Trinity House boasts a lavish grand entrance hall with painted ceiling, exclusive artwork and models with a strong maritime influence. A huge ship bell dominates this townhouse, which was completely renovated in 1990. Trinity House, which can be hired for parties or events, holds a total of 120 guests comfortably and provides excellent views of the Tower of London and over Trinity Square itself.

Trinity Square is home to the beautifully landscaped Trinity Square Gardens. Created in 1797, the gardens today house memorials to the Merchant Seamen that died in both world wars and there is also a stone dedicated to the 125 or more people executed at nearby Tower Hill in the past. Trinity Square Gardens were completely restored in 2003 and designed to have interesting trees and plants flourishing throughout the year, for the enjoyment of visitors. The gardens, which are managed jointly between the Corporation of London and the War Graves Commission, received the prestigious Green Flag award in 2006, the national standard for parks and gardens, in recognition of the excellent displays and facilities in place here.

Trinity Square is situated in close proximity to a number of places of interest along the river Thames.
